    • They will remember us as FATEACHER but not as a TEACHER

    • Story Telling: Relating metaphorical example with real context

    • Put ourselves in their shoes

    • Motivate them by treating the way we like to be treated

    • Take Feedback rather than giving Feedback

    • Try to make them like a bird but not a parrot
