METHODOLOGY
Design a robotic arm

Design a Blast furnace of


suitable size.

Test robotic arm using PLC.

PROCESS

• Ceramic coating on wax using robotic arm.


• Robotic arm will take coated wax to furnace for
wax removal.
• Molten metal held by robotic arm will be poured
into ceramic mould.
