CONFINED SPACE ENTRY GENERAL

PROCEDURE/REQUIRMENTS
 Training (Each person involve in confined space work should be trained)
 Entrants,Attendants,Entry Supervisor
(All above mentioned person must knows their rules and responsibilities)

 Work Permit and Risk Assessment

(Complete Work permit and P.O.R.A requirements and post on the work place)

 Atmospheric Test
(Gas test perform by competent person prior to enter in confined space)

 Ventilation
(Use fan, air blower etc.for fresh, uncontaminated air if required)

 Tool box meeting.

(Conduct tool box meeting to brief the work place,hazards,risks and control etc.)

 Rescue and emergency services

(First aid and fire fighting equipments, trained rescue team etc.)

 Warning signs
 Communication and Equipments
(Radio,visel,ropes or verbal etc.)
