    Organizations do not grow in the same way that children grow. While children become independent after 25 years, organizations that are left to function independently after only 21-25 years will let go of their core completely. Most organizations rely on "super professionals" between the ages of 16-20 who have received education from top management colleges, IITs, IIMs or have studied abroad. However, these professionals will eventually leave and the organization is left with only level I and level II professionals who are self-driven or have received college-level education. The document discusses why organizations do not achieve sustained growth over time if they are not properly managed and leaders are not hired to guide long-term development.
