Tanza National Trade
School
INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Tanza National Trade School has a large
population of 8,000 students and 344 faculty
staffs, so maintaining the record of the
student’s will prove to be difficult.
The researchers are proposing an information
system that would greatly make the work
easier for the school and would benefit the
students and guardians and also the record
keepers.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Tanza National Trade School is encountering difficulty in
handling and processing records due to the large volume
of students enrolled and to the number of faculty assigned
in recording management.
Second, Tanza National Trade School’s existing system is
through physical by the use of pen and paper and
Microsoft Word which could be easily lost by simple
mistake.
Lastly, the unorganized management of reports, as the
file cabinet is being crowded the reports are not kept in
an organized way and often lost or damaged by the
environment.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
The general objective of the study is to improve and develop the
Students’ Record Management System of Tanza National Trade School.
