Grade 1 and Grade 7 – MR and TD
Grade 2 to Grade 6 – MR
Grade 4 - MR and HPV (for female)

HOW IS MEASLES SPREAD?
WHAT IS TETANUS?
Tetanusis a serious disease
caused by a toxin (poison)
made by bacteria.
HPV is a common
virus that can lead
to certain types of
cancer later in life.
HOW IS THE INFECTION SPREAD?
HPV is spread through
intimate skin-to-skin
contact. You can get HPV by
having vaginal, anal, or oral
sex with someone who has
the virus.
While most HPV infections go away on
their own, infections that don’t go away
can cause
cancers of the cervix, vagina, and vulva
in women;
cancers of the penis in men;
cancers of the anus and back of the
throat (oropharynx) in men & women
Some HPV infections can also cause
genital warts.
