For New Subscribers
1. (Existing Cable sub) Will I get a discount on my cable subscription if I avail of this plan?
A: 5Mbps is a standalone plan and does not offer a cable discount to any existing
standalone cable plan

2. I used to have SKYbroadband, and I still have the old modem with me. How much do I
pay if get this service and use the old modem?
A: Mam/Sir, you have to surrender your old modem to clear your account. You have to
pay for the regular install fee of P999 and a new modem will be installed.

For Existing Broadband Subscribers

1. Do you have to change my cable modem if I switch to this plan?
A: If your cable modem is docsis 2, we will be upgrading it to docsis 3 free of charge. If
your cable modem is already docsis 3, there is no need to replace it anymore.

2. How long will it take to switch to this new plan?

A: Mam/Sir, as soon as we receive your letter of intent, together with a photocopy (or
scanned image) of your valid ID, we can already process your request. It will take
effect within the day.

Existing plan 8Mbps-40GB will be offered as a stand-alone plan,

with 999 install fee.
Should subscriber decide to get cable TV in the future, he has to pay the
prevailing cable TV installation fee.
