– Increasing the temperature of the world
– Melting the mountains.
– OZON layer are becoming thin.
– Fluctuating season of the rain.
 Solutions….

– Tree plantation
– Prohibitions on cuttings pf trees.
– Decrease the pollutions.
– Etc etc…..
How much it is effective?????

– May be less then 20%.

– So what can we do for effectiveness??
– How can we tackle this vital & very very serious problem??
– What is solution for that issue???
Plan……

– It is majorly divide in TWO parts.

– 1st for students

– 2nd for corporates.

 Plan for students…

– 1st step- introduce one subject in the syllabus that name is For me.
– 2nd step- in which instruct the students to plant 1 tree with their group members at beginning of the
year.
– 3rd step- give them a particular time to taking care of their tree.

– 4th step- make regular inspection.

– 5th step- at the end of the year evaluation of growth of that tree.

– 6th step- on the basis of that growth give marks of that subject.
 Plan for corporates…

– 1st step- introduce annual bonus policy.

– 2nd step- in which instruct to employees, employers to plant 1 tree with their group members at beginning of the financial year.

– 3rd step- give them a particular time to taking care of their tree.

– 4th step- make regular inspection.

– 5th step- at the end of the year evaluation of growth of that tree.

– 6th step- on the basis of that growth give them bonus accordingly.
Evaluation criteria.

– Every year it has to be specific growth of the trees.

– On the base of that standard measure evaluate the performance.
