Why do We Need Food?

Biologically,
we need food
for construct
and do
maintenance of
our body, give
us energy to
work, study
and make
exercise.
But we can not eat the
same food and nutrients at
all time, we need to
diversify.
For example, eating
vegetables, fruits,
proteins, carbohydrates,
etc.
The state in which
the body feels lack
of nutrients,
vitamins, etc, is
called hunger.
By FAO (Food and
Agriculture
Organization of the
United Nations),
821 million people
are hungry, in 51
different countries,
principally in Africa.
Why do we need food for our
body?
Human body needs food for energy, to
keep warm, and for growth and repair. The
three main nutrient groups in food are
carbohydrates, protein and fats
What is the importance of good
food?
Good nutrition is an
important part of
leading a healthy
lifestyle. Combined
with physical activity,
your diet can help you
to reach and maintain
a healthy weight,
reduce your risk of
chronic diseases
