Step 1 – Preparations for calibration

 Position boom and feed

straight forward viewed
from the cabin
 Hydraulic oil temp must
be at working temp
(40°-50° C)
 Angle sensors calibrated
 Power supply connected
 Pumps are active
 Boom is
allocated/selected

 Fine tune
– Left/Right boom cylinders
– Left/Right feed tripod
cylinders

 Add/Remove current to
left/right in order to make
the boom go straight

 Move lever max

 Adjust value until relative
boom velocity reaches
close to 1.0
