their approval if this applicant is best fit for the job
 He must pass the physical and medical
examination.
 If he passed all these steps we can hire him and he
can proceed to the orientation where new
employees are oriented on company policies, rules
and regulations, etc.
The new employees will train to
fimiliarize the mission and vision,
policies, rules & requlation, etc. of
the organization and also to develop
their ability to perform faster and
mastered their assigned job. Not only
the new employees will be trained
but also the old employees to
enhance and refresh their
knowledge, so that, they'll be
promoted easily.

suggestions of other employees might be
good for the company and also good if
you have more ideas for the succesful of
the company.

of management so that, They'll be a good
leader and the organization would be
successful.
 The owner and all managers must also know the
managerial roles: Interpersonal, Informational, and
Decisional.

 Interpersonal
The managers must be a good motivator and figurehead
to their subordinates, so that, they'll be productive.

 Informational
The managers could be serves as a receiver and
collector of information for development of the
organization.

 Decisional
The managers must be a good decision maker, they must
know how to solve the conflict, threat, loss in the
organization. The managers can negotiates with other
organizations.
Establishing Standards
We provide a high quality of massage because our employees
was trained for almost 2 years. So the costumers will be satisfied
in our service.

Measuring Performance
We measure the performance of our employees by asking the
feedback of our costumers (quality). And we list the number of
costumers handled of each employees (quantity).

Comparison of Actual Performance


We check the previous performance of our employees of the
quantity of costumers is getting high or low.

Taking Corrective Actions


If we knew that the quantity of our costumers is getting low we
make an action immediately to improve this result.

This management are responsible for hiring
and development of performance of our
employees. He is the one who look for new
employees.

company. And also responsible

outgoing mail.

oils, etc.

purchase all the materials
we use in our spa.

information for efficient and effective
decision making. And also we use
this management for solving the
conflict of our business.
