    It seems my friends have rated me higher that my self rating,
    this may be due to the fact that I have been outspoken in my
    friends circle
    But when it comes to a tertiary setting my introversion comes
    into play and I’m not able to express myself as I should
    I have been critical on my part by taking broad categories of
    “(1) Nervousness”, “(2) Articulation”, “(3) Non verbal gestures”,
    “(4) Tone & modulation”, “(5) Clarity”, “(6) Concise”, “(7)
    Listening”, “(8) Empathy”, “(9) Open mindedness”, “(10) Open
    to feedback”.
    I have rated 1 point each on (7) to (10) and a 0.5 on (1)
