Sequence of Operation:
Life and Property Safety:
Application:
The actuator moves the damper to
its normal working position while
220 VAC
tensioning the return spring at the
same time. If the power supply is
interrupted, the energy stored in the
spring moves the damper back to its
safe position.

Carbon Monoxide and Temperature
Control and Monitoring System
Enye provides CO & Temperature Control & Monitoring
System to protect the building tenants/public from
being expose to CO since Carbon Monoxide is
colorless, odorless gas it cannot be easily detect.
The temperature is used to lessen the warm air
produced by cars engine and atmospheric conditions.

Life and Property Safety: System Architecture
Zone 1: Typically composed of
Jet Fans and Supply Fans,
Carbonmonoxide transmitters,
Temperature Sensors
Initially the system shall have a CO set point activation of 25 PPM and CO set
point deactivation of 25 PPM (can be override or adjust thru DDC Controller). An
increase in CO reading with respect to set point , the Transfer Jet Fans (JF -1,3,5,7
and 9) will activate first then followed by the Supply Fan (30 hz) then lastly by the
Exhaust Fan .
For 50 ppm above reading of CO, all Jet Fans, Exhaust Fans and Supply Fans (60
hz).
Note:
Jet Fans: no delay.
Supply Fans: 10 seconds delay to on and off.
Exhaust Fans: 15 seconds delay on and off.
Typical to basement 2.
