Duties and Responsibilities

•Prepare and process defective items going to RMA Head Office


•Process items in RMA Module
•Call RMA Head Office for pullout CSG items status and give customers
updates
•Create Microsoft Excel file for the Pullout Unit Updates (Tell technical to
open this file if customer ask update of their units in your absence)
•Create Excel File Units Available for Customer Return (Tell technical to
open this file if customer ask update of their units in your absence)
•Educate Technical and branch personnel to process connected to RMA
matters
•AWR process also AWR purchase from other branch
•SR Process
•OBF Process
•How to Interpret and process unit with tech report
•Unit with physical damage how to process and required
documents
•Monitor and participate in discussion in RMA Skype Group
•Received RMA items coming from Head Office RMA (Sending back all
receiving copy to RMA Head Office)
•Testing repaired or replaced items from RMA

•Filing RMA documents and Files (Soft Copy)


•ADV White Copy
•Receiving Copy in Customer Return
•Job Order for SR
•Old Warranty Slip
•Copy of any technical report
•Logbook for Customer Return
•Create records for Manual Control Numbers
•Asking IR for any items with irregularities
•Coordinate all section in branch for any defective items to pullout
•Process RMA CM
•Reports to RMA Managers and Branch Manager
•Inform when late (more than 1 hour and absent)
