affordable for my client.


All the cities are interlinked by air to one another saving time. The Hotels, I have chosen are also budget

PATA (Pacific Asia Travel
Association)
I. First Pacific Area Travel Conference in 1952.
II. It takes through its unique membership structure of
public-sector tourism organisations; air, land and
sea carriers.
III. The theme “Proud Past, Promising Future” was
adopted for the 50th PATA Annual Conference
in 2001.
IV. PATA has unquestionably contributed to the
sustainable development and success of travel and
tourism in both the Pacific and Asia.
V. It has become the leader of Asia Pacific travel and
tourism.
ICAO (International Civil Aviation
Organisation)
I. It was formed in November 1944.
II. International Civil Aviation was signed by 52
States .
III. ICAO works in close co-operation with other
members of the United Nations family such as
the World Meteorological Organization, the
International Telecommunication Union, the
Universal Postal Union, the World Health
Organization and the International Maritime
Organization.
IV. There are 185 nations which signed it.
WARSAW CONVENTION

I. The Warsaw Convention was a convention that took place in


Warsaw, on 12th October 1929.
II. The principal purpose of the Warsaw Convention was to
determine the liability of air carriers in the case of an
accident, both in regards to passengers and also baggage
and cargo.
III. In particular, the Warsaw Convention mandates carriers to
issue passenger tickets.
CHICAGO CONVENTION
I. It was formed in Chicago, Illinois, on 7 December
1944.
II. 54 nations met at Chicago from November 1 to
December 7, 1944, to "make arrangements for the
immediate establishment of provisional world air
routes and services“.
III. The document was signed on December7, 1944 in
Chicago, Illinois, by 52 signatory states.
IV. And went into effect on April 4, 1947, the same date
that ICAO came into being.
Requirement and how the International Travel Organizations like International
Air Transport Association (IATA) and United Federation of Travel Agents’
Associations (UFTAA) are helping to me and the industry are mentioned below:

IATA serves as an intermediary between airlines and passenger as well as cargo


agents via neutrally applied agency service standards and centralized financial systems.

IATA helps airlines to help themselves by simplifying processes and increasing


passenger convenience while reducing costs and improving efficiency.

UFTAA deals with the problems of in relation to travel industry, developing and
recommending to its members new or improved professional techniques for the
benefit of travel agent.

UFTAA provides an insurance policy to traveling public known as “UFTAA EXTRA


SURE”.
The following is the description that why my package is better than

BECAUSE;

They all are in Europe, & you will need only one visa i.e., SCHENGEN VISA .

 It lowers the cost of the tour, one currency is accepted that is EURO.

 The alternative mode of transport is Europe on wheels that is „EuRail‟.

Travelling expenses when compared to the previous countries are rather low because
you can travel by Railways.

No compulsory vaccination and immunization needed to enter these countries.

All the cities are interlinked by Railways to one another saving time. The Hotels,
