The longer the time you spent studying, the better you become as a person. Nowadays, a lot of people in this planet is not capable of having a good kind of education. There are a lot of factors that affects this situation, one of which is poverty. Poverty rate in every country is increasing time to time, some country has a constant stream of people that cant afford or isnt capable of having a decent education. That’s why there is a lot of people that is currently unemployed today. But still there is some people that has a decent attainment of education. The most common level of education here in the Philippines is a senior high school or a high school graduate. Based on the Philippine star journal, only of them or around 25 percent of the original graduates would be able to obtain a college degree. That’s why there is a barrier within employers and applicants . According to Jobstreet. It reveals that 35 percent of employers are not yet ready to employ graduates within this range because of the lack of experience.
