    SELECTION ALPHA

    white color represents the areas with blue


    black color represents the areas without blue
    Pick a channel where the target color (green, trees)
    is darker
    Selection is based on luminosity
    Duplicate layer
    Adjustment>Levels
    Make the white
    Whiter and black
    blacker
    Paint white to whiter areas, black to black areas avoid edges
    Overlay blend mode
