Winarko said, the abuse of narcotics among adolescents is increasing. Where there
is an increase of 24 to 28 percent of adolescents who use narcotics.
While the number of drug abuse among students in 2018 (from 13 provincial capitals
in Indonesia) reached 2.29 million people. One group of people who are prone to
drug abuse are those who are in the age range of 15-35 years or millennial
generation.
Drugs are chemical substances that affect both your
mind and your body. The prolonged use of drug may lead
to physical or psychological dependence. An overdose
of any drug may lead to death.
THERE ARE SEVERAL REASONS WHY DRUGS
CAN DESTROY THE LIFE OF THIS NATION.

a. The first reason is that drugs can destroy the future of young
people
b. The second reason is that drugs can kill the creativity of the
nation's youths.Young people should have high creativity.

 SOME NATIONAL ACTION PLANS THAT WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN
THE CATEGORY OF PREVENTION, INCLUDE:

Socialization of the dangers of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursors as well as information about P4GN to
employees of the State Civil Apparatus, TNI soldiers, and Members of the National Police, with the person in
charge of BNN, the Ministry of PANRB, and the Ministry of Home Affairs ;
Organizing International Youth Day at the central and provincial levels
Establishment of 5 (five) Narcotics, Psychotropic and Addictive Substance Education Centers (PIE NAPZA) in 5
vulnerable and vulnerable areas of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursors

Still in the Prevention Sector category, there is also a national action plan in the form of:
Conducting urine tests for all employees of the State Civil Apparatus, including candidates for State Civil
Apparatus;
Formation of Anti Narcotics Task Force / Narcotics Precursor Unit and Narcotics Precursor
To carry out training on anti-Narcotics and Narcotics Precursor youth cadres.
IN THE SECTOR OF ERADICATION, SEVERAL NATIONAL ACTION PLANS
HAVE BEEN PREPARED INCLUDING:

 Rescue of assets originating from Narcotics and Narcotics

Precursor crimes and / or money laundering related to Narcotics
and Narcotics Precursors;
 Supervision of Narcotics Correctional Institutions
 Establishment of Narcotics detention centers
 SOME OF THE NATIONAL ACTION PLANS FOR
REHABILITATION IN THE 2018-2019 P4GN INCLUDE:

 Provision of rehabilitation services in each province, district and

city
 Assistance of Victim Children, Witness Children, and Children of
Narcotics Abuse and Narcotics Precursors.

DEVELOPMENT ON NARCOTICS ABUSE AND NARCOTICS PRECURSOR
MANAGEMENT THAT HAVE BEEN PREPARED INCLUDE:

 Survey on the prevalence of narcotics abuse and narcotics precursors

 Provision of data related to P4GN

 Provision of data integration applications related to P4GN

CONSLUTION

Therefore, drugs are very dangerous for the survival of this

nation. This is because these illicit goods can destroy the future of
young people, the successor to the nation, drugs can destroy the
creativity of adolescents, and finally these illicit goods can create
a generation of lawbreakers. All of these consequences will lead
to the destruction of this nation. Therefore, if the government
does not take concrete actions to stop the distribution of illicit
goods, it is certain that this country will be destroyed in the next
few years.
