• As we all know Mc Donald's is the worlds most popular food


chain. Servicing approximately 68 million customer daily in
119 countries is 24 different locations. Started by the
McDonald brothers Richard and Maurice. Really big right?
So how do they function it well? So here it comes Supply
achain Management emerge, Supply Chain is important as
Mc Donald's have variety of products such as there main
product Burgers, fries, floats/shake and recently Cafe. Every
business fits into one or more supply chain and has a vital
role in each o them. Today,the practice of Supply Chain
Management is becoming extremely very important achieve
competitiveness. This paper provides information and how
the company function. This case study focusses on how they
rule the fast food chain industry such as their advantages on
there competitors and etc.

management may lead to the demand quality of
the raw materials mcdo is implementing TPS,
computerized system that tracks and perform all
record and daily routine activities of the business.
• Mcdo also implementing Decision Support Sytem, it
gathers information from external reaources such
as product price, competitors and demand in fast
food company. Now mcdo is able to make
accurately on purchasing inventories
• Mc Donald's one strength is it's brand name.

food industry

customers in obesity. But turning it's weakness to
strength in offering high quality of food that is
much healthier and superior quality of service.
• McDonald's also implementing Touch interfere
Order Sytem this is system is already done at some
country around the world . Customers allow to
order foods without interaction with the cashier.
• Mcdo also using Point Sales System this is to achieve
maximum customer satisfaction allowing them to
order quickly with minimum error. Also stablishing
drive thru's to lessen the crowdedness in the
restaurant and also helps people in hurry.
