This College Portal is totally an ASP.NET based
web application.
USERS’ AREA:

User can sign up here first. Then being a member of the

website, they can access their own account as well as the website.
The total facility that a user gets, is listed below:
Update their own profile.
Next time for entering to profile they have to enter the same ID
and Password.
Faculty uploads document & Students can download those
uploaded document.
Student can ask questions to the faculties. The faculties in return
answer the queries.
 Objectives
 Facility to upload notes, resumes and documents/
JPEG format photos.
Easy communication-students could write query to
faculty and faculty can answer to query of students.
Students can download notes, documents/JPEG
format photos.
Users can upload ,view , edit &delete personal
&educational details.
Over all, the underlying purpose of this project is to
successfully create and deploy a web based
application like “College Portal” using Asp. Net

 Conclusion
 College portal system is a portal website for colleges or
institutes to offer facility to their students & faculties for
creating & maintaining their own web pages (profiles) which
anyone can view online by visiting the website
 Today's education scenario is rapidly changing and
demanding a system with greater levels of communication
between college, student and faculty members to have
optimum use of resources. Hence we have developed the
website “college portal ” to fulfilling these demands and
enacting as a bridge of communication amongst students,
faculties and colleges
 This helps institutes in achieving best of communication
levels and avail global exposure to their students.
