 Proper Hygiene & HEALTH tips
 Perform proper hand washing before and after eating.
(use detergent, soap or may use alcohol as disinfectant)
 Use PPE when handling waste or as deem necessary.
 Always change your working cloths when going home.
 Eat only in proper eating place or Messhall or Canteen
 Dispose your food leftovers in proper garbage bins.
 As much as possible Eat a Balance Diet.
 Or , take your food supplements( Vitamins, etc)
