A value of a great design
The key to successful application design is not a good idea or a good
feature — it all comes down to the user experience (UX) and the user
interface (UI). It doesn’t matter how great your idea is if the app is
looking horrible and impossible to use easily.
The Role of
UI / UX Design
facilitating intricate tasks and workflows,

enabling users to comprehend and manage complex

data,

accommodating a rich variety of user roles, needs,

and processes.
UI vs UX
Comparison
Sometimes UI and UX designer is the same
person who is in charge of the whole
design process.

UI designer at the same time is like a UX designer is like an architect.

about unmeasurable things (like how parameters (reduce bounce rate, improve

UX (User Experience) design is the process of
creating products, systems or services that provide
meaningful and relevant experiences to users.

fun.
This involves the design of the entire process of
acquiring and integrating the product, including
aspects of branding, design, usability, and function.

It also includes the meaningful and valuable aspects of

human-computer interaction and product ownership.

UX handles the architecture— UX design is user-centered—

of the content and the sitemap. the type of user defines the type of design.

UX design principles: Full UX design stack :

Hierarchy (Information Architecture Surface (here we apply UI design)

(the way how content is organized across the Skeleton (made by applying Interface

navigate more easily within a section or a page))
Consistency Structure (formed by Information Architecture
and User Flows)

What is Visual Design
(the look and feel),
UI Design?
Interaction Design
UI (User Interface) design is a discipline of designing (how it works).
user interfaces for machines and software, such as computers,
home appliances, mobile devices, and other electronic devices,
with the focus on responsiveness and aesthetics, maximizing
usability to foster a good user experience.

UI brings together concepts from Interaction Design, Visual Design,

and Information Architecture.

User interface elements include buttons, text fields, checkboxes,

sliders, icons, tags, message boxes, pagination etc.

UX Copywriter

UX Copywriters make text on websites /

applications or digital products feel friendly,
informative and make users quickly capture
the message without assuming most. So that
makes users feel confident in using a product
UX Designer (Interaction Designer)

A UX Designer thinks about how a user uses a product.

For example: They think about how to comfortably
buy a tour package with just a few clicks.

UX Designer thinks about how a product's flow feels

comfortable to use by the user.
User Interface (UI) Designer

The task of UI Designer is to design the page, and also design

how the interaction of each element in the page so that you
are not confused to go through the process of booking a tour
package.

Before designing the page, a UI Designer usually works with

UX Designer to design the flow of the process.
Graphic Designer

They make beautiful graphics that fit the company's brand.

Besides that they also create icons, marketing materials, and
other things.
UX Engineer

UX Engineer can be said to be the link between design and

development. They changed the design into a prototype
used for testing purposes. That is the stage where finding
out whether this product can be used easily or not, before
going into the development stage even deeper.
oles in UI / UX

Lead Designer
He is a parent of designers. And like a parent,
he is responsible for the development of designers.

Leaders will happily jump in to help designers

who are in trouble in handling a project.

Leaders will be happy to make a tool that will

simplify the work process of the designers.

Leaders will be happy to make a documentation

or wiki, so that designers will easily access
information in one place.

And like parents, a Leader will be happy to listen to comments from designers.
Product Manager

Product Manager is a person who is responsible for each of

these features. Usually every feature is held by a Product
Manager. So in the online shop scheme above, there are at
least 3 Product Managers for the process of purchasing
goods.

Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the features

run smoothly, and also thinking about the future vision of
the feature, as well as what can be developed from these
features to support the company's business goals but still
meet user needs.
