Types of weaving m/c
Airjet loom is a shuttleless loom that uses a jet of air to propel the
weft yarn through the warp shed
The airjet m/c are supplied with compressed air from the central
compressor in the weave room or equipped with individual built-in
compressor
Airjet looms are capable of producing standard household and
apparel fabrics such as shirts , denim , sheets , towels , and sport
apparel as well as printed circuit board cloths
Heavier yarns are more suitable for air-jet looms than lighter yarns
Air-jet looms are capable of producing dobby and jacquard fabrics
1. Less power consumption
2. Higher weft insertion
