Withdrawal Slip
• A withdrawal slip is a printed piece of paper used in
Bank to withdraw money in cash from account.
• The slip contains certain particulars such as name of
customer, date, amount to be withdrawn in words and
figure, signature of customer etc.
How to Write in Withdrawal Slip
• The first thing to fill-up in the Withdrawal Slip is to check the TYPE of
Account you want to withdraw from.
• Example, check the Savings if you want to withdraw from a Savings
Account. Or check the US Dollar if you want to withdraw from a Dollar
Account.
• Account Name - this could be your Name, or a Business Name or a
Company Name.
• If you register for account under your Name, then write your Name. If
you register under a Company Name, then write the Company Name.
Deposit Slip
• A deposit slip is a form supplied by a bank for a
depositor to fill out, designed to document in
categories the items included in the deposit
transaction.

How to Fill Out a Deposit Slip
1. Provide personal information, including your name and your account number.
If you have pre-printed deposit slips from the back of your checkbook, this is
already done for you.
2. Fill in additional details such as today’s date and any branch information
required. If you’re a credit union member using a different credit union’s
branch, you’ll need to write in the name of your credit union.
3. List the cash amount of your deposit, if any. This is the total amount of
currency (bills and coins) that you’ve brought for deposit. If you do not have any
cash to deposit, leave this line blank.

4. List checks individually, including the check number and amount of
each check. See below for more details on entering checks. If you don’t
have any checks to deposit, move on to the subtotal.
5. Add up deposits for a subtotal. This is the total amount of cash and
checks that you have to deposit.
6. Enter the amount of cash you’d like to take, if any. When your entire
deposit consists of checks, you might want cash now so that you don’t
have to make a withdrawal later.
7. Calculate the total deposit, which is the sum of your deposits minus
any cash you take now.
8. Sign the deposit slip if you are getting cash from your deposit

• A checking deposit slip is a small written form that is used to place
funds into your account.
• It indicates the deposit date, name and account number of the
depositor, and the monetary amount to be deposited in the form of
checks, and cash.
• It's filled out much like a regular check, but it includes various deposit
kinds.
How to properly fill out a checking deposit slip

1. Gather your checkbook


2. Ensure that your name and adress are printed on the
slips
3. Locate your account number
4. Write your name, account number and date
5. Fill in the date

6. Sign the slip. Sign your name in the space provided right
below the date
7. Enter the amount of cash you're depositing.
Look to the right side of your deposit slip.
8. Write down the amount for the check(s) you'd like to
deposit. Right below the Cash line, you'll see two lines of
boxes provided for check deposits.
9. Note the first line below Checks. Following the check
deposits, you'll see a line labeled as Checks or Total From
Other Side.9.
