 RESUMPTION OF PNP BASIC ESSENTIALS CERTIFICATION
EXAMINATION (BCECE) THROUGH COMPUTER-BASED TRAINING
SYSTEM (CBTS)
Resumption of examination started last January 14,
2019 and will conclude on November 20, 2019.

The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) was scheduled

to conduct examination on August 29 to October 9, 2019.

• to designate two (2) personnel each to serve as Unit Proctor/Encoder;
• will conduct examination in their respective AOR

R8 & ITMS3
• Will conduct examination for RHQ Personnel;
• Will cater examinees from RMFB3, PPOs and CPOs;
• Will provide one (1) ADMIN Account for Unit Proctors/Encoders
• Facilitate the conduct of exam;
• Set schedules of examination;
• Accomplish the LOG-IN FORMS for the examinees whose names are not
yet included in the system; (to be submitted to ITMS3 for inclusion)
• Extend the time of the examinees in case of power interruption or internet
failure; and
• Submit consolidated WEEKLY AND FINAL REPORT upon completion of
the exam to ITMS3 and R8.
