unhealthy or irrational obsession strategy that arises from the
use of technology. For instance, feeling overcome with the need
to check your phone all the time and panicking if it is out of
range.

working on the Internet, not being interested in the outside
world, not spending time with people from the outside world,
and an increase in their loneliness and dejection.

causes severe stress on family, friends, loved ones, and one's
work environment.
