Sales Data from Former Blackwell Customers

• Treatment of Data in B&T Systems

• By the end of August 2010, we expect 50%-60% of Blackwell’s sales volume to be


handled by YBP Library Services. The remainder of the business will follow by
November 2010.

• As part of the transition, Blackwell began ordering titles from the B&T Momence
warehouse in January 2010.
• This transitional data will not be available in Vendor Stats reporting or in Publisher Alley.

• Once the transition is complete, purchases by former Blackwell customers will


appear in the NH warehouse column in Pub Alley. They will be classified as
academic library sales in Pub Alley market reports.
