Sales job is very important in any showrooms.
This job is important to know the customer satisfaction about the
product and services.
This job helps to understand the areas of improvement by the
service provided by Bijjal Automobiles.
It also helps in knowing the customers reviews about the
showroom.
Sales help in reaching out the customers and getting good
customer views.
It also helps in knowing customers satisfaction to the service
provided in service station. If the customer is not happy with the
service changes are made accordingly.
Methods Adopted to the Job:
At first the manager gave me price chart of the bike and asked me to study in detail
about the different prices of different bikes. Later he showed me demo on how to
interact with the customer and deal with them. He guided me how the customer should
be conveyed to purchase the bike.
These are the following steps how I dealt with customer:
 Step 1: The customer would come looking for the bike which they have in mind
to purchase.
Step 2: Later I used to explain the features of each bike.
Step 3: Then the customer would get fixed with the bike to purchase, I used to
give quotation of the bike, details of vehicles and specification of particular type
of vehicle etc.
Step 4: After providing the required information to the customer. I used to
handover them to sales manager to further procedure.
Step 5: Sales manager would take account and send them to the finance manager.
Step 6: Finance management then looks after the billing and insurance.

Achievements :
I was able to convince the customers due to which it was easy to
make sales. During my internship I was able to make sale of 5
bikes.
I was able to make maximum sales and promotion which helped
the showroom to get good number of customers. The manager
appreciated me for my work and was happy by my sales.
Learning Experience:

I did my one month internship in Bijjal Automobiles Ilkal (Bajaj


Showroom) where I got to learn many things which was highly
necessary. I got an exposure to the corporate world where I had to
deal with the customers.

This internship helped me in improving my communication and


involving with other staff in the organization. I learnt about
marketing the product by making promotions. By this I was able
to make sales of 5 bikes and got appreciated by the manager.
