MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

 Budget allocation for the HRD Ministry in interim Budget 2019-20 is Rs. 93,847.64
crore which is more than 10,000 crore from previous year budget allocation
 National Education Mission (along with its components) during financial year 2018-
19 and 2019-20 is as below:-
 The total budget allocation proposed in the BE 2019-20 for Higher Education
is Rs.37,461 Cr. This is 7% compared to allocation of Rs.35,010 Cr  for this sector in
BE 2018-19.  The Government has therefore enhanced allocation to the Higher
Education by Rs.2,450 Cr

 The Budgetary allocation for BE 2019-20 in respect of Department of School Education and Literacy has been 
increased by Rs 6386.63 cr. Scheme wise bifurcation is as per the table below:

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (MOHFW)

 In 2019-20, the MoHFW received an allocation of Rs 64,559 crore. This allocation is an increase of
15.2% over the revised estimates of 2018-19 (Rs 56,045 crore).
 Under the Ministry, the Department of Health and Family Welfare accounts for 97% of the allocation,
at Rs 62,659 crore.  This is followed by the Department of Health Research (3%) at Rs 1,900 crore.

WORK EXPERIENCE

 During my internship program, I got an opportunity to work and gain experience on budget and centre schemes
and their banking needs.
 I prepared presentations research report and potential client list.
 I helped my seniors in targeting the prominent clients and managing gaps between service
 Analyzing budget and changes we might have to tackle in future
 Received experience of working on software such as Excel and HDFC dash board
 I got a chance to understand institutional banking and government expenditure in the economy

 There is a strong compliance for data protection and timely delivery of work to client with ethical approach

 HDFC has a work environment that’s flexible but too much work intentisve and low on team required
