I am writing from Valledupar. Valledupar is
a wonderful place where there are a lot of
beautiful landscapes
Valledupar is the capital of Cesar.

in addition, The biggest tourist attraction of

the city is the Festival of Legend Vallenata,
celebrated every year an April fine in the

Noguera.

Week, during which processions such as

Nazarene are celebrated mainly in the
