This presentation pretend to show students of all


ages how to learn effectively using some tools and
techniques learned on the Coursera’s “Learning
how to learn” course.

Procrastination

When you look at something that you really rather


not do, (procrastinate) it seems that you activates
the area of your brain associated with pain.

 Set a timer for 25 minutes without interruptions.

 Collect your reward!

 Keep a planner journal.
 Commit yourself to certain
routines and tasks each day.
 Delay rewards until you finish
the task.
 Watch for Procrastination
cues.
 Gain trust in your system.
 Have backup plans for when
you still Procrastinate.
