PT Gojek Indonesia is a company
engaged in the provision of transport
services online-based mobile application
has launch Go-jek.

Go-jek application is an innovation in

terms of the provision of public transport
services. This application becomes a
hope for a motorcycle taxi driver as an
extension of the tool where the
motorcycle taxi drivers can reach a larger
number of consumers.

Inefficiency of conventional motorcycle

taxi services have become an opportunity
for Gojek to innovate to create an
application-based system that aims to
increase the value of their service.
Goal Conflict in GO-JEK Indonesia

The goal of GO-JEK Indonesia is to

create social impact through
technology. GO-JEK Indonesia wants
their drivers have a better prosperity
by increasing their revenue.
GO-JEK Indonesia gives a bonus to
their drivers if the drivers reach
certain point. But, nowdays many
drivers cheat on their points by
making a fictitious orders through
fake application.

QR Code Payment
• Go-Jek offers the QR code payment feature in two types,
dynamic and static. However, the dynamic QR code
payment method is accepted to be the safest option
compared to the static method. The dynamic QR code will
later on replace Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines

Digital Payment
• Mobile wallet GoPay now handles the payments for many of
Go-Jek's. GoPay is used for more than half of them. Users
can add money to GoPay by connecting their bank account
or depositing cash with taxi drivers.
• GO-JEK has finalized the acquisitions Midtrans, Kartuku,
and Mapan as a payment gateway.
