2.1 Anxiety Disorder
• Doing simple things everyday such as eating, drinking in front
of the others or even using public restroom can also cause
anxiety or fear. People that experiencing this kind of disorder
have a strong fear in social situations that they feel it is beyond
their ability.

3.4 Procedure
• The researcher’s participants are selected Grade 12 STEM
students of Lagro High School through purposive sampling.
• The researchers will ask permission to the parents of the
respondents. The researchers will ask also the teachers of the
respondents before answering the questionnaires. The
researchers will conduct the data collection after class or
during free time.
• The 5-item questionnaires will be given to the respondents and
will approximately answer for about 5-10 minutes. The
collection of data will last approximately 2 to 4 days. 21
