HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTEMENT
is one of the departments in the hotel that
has duties and responsibilities for all
cleanliness, neatness, beauty, comfort,
and completeness in the hotel area so that
guests who stay overnight feel
comfortable and at ease.

 Job Description
1) Job Description Executive Housekeeper
Conduct employee recruitment, interview, train and supervise and
assess, evaluate or reprimand employees periodically and take
responsibility for all activities in the Housekeeping Department.
2) Job Description Asst.Housekeeper
Duty and responsibility to help the work Executive Housekeeper.
3) Job Description Suvervisor
Duty and responsibility has the task of managing the work of
implementing staff, making job desc for staff, conducting briefings with
staff, checking work done by staff.
4) Job Description Room Attendent
Duty and responsibility to clean guest rooms, make guests feel
comfortable and at ease, must have good relations with guests and staff
throughout the hotel.
5) Job Description Public Area Attendent
Duty and responsibility to clean the whole public areas in the hotel
except guest rooms.
6) Job Description Linen Attendent
Duty and responsibility to provide, maintain, maintain, tidy up,
supervise and store the necessary linen. Arranging or making submissions
for additional procurement of linen. Send dirty linen to the laundry for
washing and take clean linen.
7) Job Description Laundry Attendent
Duty and responsibility to wash and prepare all hotel staff
uniforms and receive guest laundry services from taking clothes to
returning clean or ready to use.
8) Job Description Order Taker
Duty and responsibility to appoint and receive requests or convey
important information from each department to the parties concerned
via telephone. and provide information on the status of guest rooms and
VIP guests who are on board.

