    1. TO GET TO KNOW YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS
    WHO IS A FILIPINO BETTER.

    • If you have family or friends who is a Filipino and they can’t


    speak English much, you are better to know how to speak
    Filipino language.You can have more conversations with them
    by using Filipino language. And you can know about them more.
    2. TO DO NOT FEEL THAT PEOPLE ARE
    GOSSIPING YOU.

    • When people are talking beside of you and you can’t


    understand Filipino language, you might be anxious. Because
    you don’t what they are talking about. But if you know how to
    speak Filipino language you can understand what they are
    saying.
    3. TO BE ABLE TO ASK SOMEONE WHO IS A
    FILIPINO WHEN YOU NEED HELP IN PUBLIC.

    • When you want to go somewhere and you don’t know how to


    go, you can ask other people if you know how to speak Filipino
    language. And usually driver of transportation facilities are using
    Filipino so you have to understand what are they saying.
    4. TO GIVE AN ORDER CLEARLY TO CLERKS
    WHEN YOU ARE SHOPPING.

    • When you are shopping and you want to know about products,
    you have to ask shop clerk. But if you don’t know how to
    speak Filipino language and the clerk can’t speak English much,
    you can’t ask anymore. So if know how to speak you can get
    more information about products and you can buy them that
    really you want.
    5. TO GET ACCURATE INFORMATION IN AN
    EMERGENCY SITUATION.

    • If happened fire when you are on the outside and you don’t
    know where is exit, you need an information for that. But
    usually people inform in Filipino language. Also when happened
    earthquakes or typhoons, news programs will inform in Filipino
    language. So you need to understand Filipino language to
    protect yourselves.
