– Merapi’s indigenous people who live in disaster area do not want
to move to a safer area.

How to cope with the problem

- Government provide new settlement in the safer area, and give the land
rights to each family who wants to migrate from high risk disaster area for
free  they still owned their land in high risk disaster area and allowed to
use the land for non settlement activities
