STUDENT ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
Student Attendance Management System deals with the maintenance

of student’s attendance details. It is maintained on the daily basis of their attendance, separate
username & password for class in charge will be provided.
This applications takes attendance electronically and the records of the attendance
are storing in database.
Moreover, the process takes much time, and effects are spent by the staff to
complete the attendance percentage for each student.
C# is an front end design for client side language in Microsoft visual studio 2010.
Microsoft MySQL is used as back end design for server side language.
This software also provides a sending message for mobile phone with the features.
Result are very helpful to the organization to keep, track and maintain information about students
also easy to deliver reports about the students to the concern parents.

 The project has a very vast scope in future.

 Further, this work can be executed to keeps the student’s information regarding internal marks, semester
marks and other activities involved in the organization.
Conclusion:
In this overview, this project looks at the existing system of student attendance management and
attempt to covert the process from manual to a computerized one in order to reduce the time spend on
manual operations to eradicate errors and time consumptions.
Finding of this developed software stores, retrieves and deliver the information about the student
information such as present or absent through mobile device. Results are very helpful to the organization to
keep, track and maintain information about students also easy to deliver the reports about the students to the
concern parents.
