 The Responsibility of WIP Team is to evaluate

RFC stock for (RFM & NRFM)
 Decrease the ageing of NRFM
Process of Cutting
• The cutting manager receive cutting plan
from PPC
• Demand fabric from RFC Store
• Make job card according to PPC plan
• Make layer/marking of fabric for cutting
• Cut fabric according to marking
• Make bundle of cut pieces
• Provide accessories for each work order
WIP Responsibilities
• WIP operator is responsible of feeding
layer making in system
• Feeding of cut bundles in the system as per
job card (Ensure job card is signed by
cutting manager)
• Generate & paste barcode for each cut
bundle
• Generate master poly bag barcode number
in the system
• Entry in the system if a fabric is returned
to RFC store
• To make outward of cutting for induction
store
• To ensure timely movement of cutting
stock to induction store
