• Green Building also known as green construction or sustainable building
• It expands and complements the building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, and comfort
• It use less water, optimizes energy efficiency and conserves natural resources
• It generate less waste as compared to conventional building.
• It is beneficial for people who are really conscious about the environmental impact of the buildings
and believe in energy conservation.
