Objectives:

• The main objective of this report is to evaluate the overall health dynamics
in Rajgarh district. The specific objective is to;
• To review and identify possible challenges, issues as well as positives
elements associated with all health aspects in rajgarh district through a
broad evaluation of trends in data provided
• To suggest possible recommendations and innovations in line with the SDG
goal-3 and its objectives
• To suggest ways of encouraging community involvement in matters that
necessitate the betterment of health for every child and parent in Rajgarh
district
