Garments industry acts as a catalyst for the development of
Bangladesh. Garments industries started developing in
Bangladesh in the late 1970s. At that time the economic condition
of the country was in haphazard situation. Engineer Mohammad
Fazlul Azim also realized the fact and decided to do something
for the country. To give his realization into a success Azim Group
has started its journey in 1975.But Azim Group has been involved
in garments sector since 1980.
 To explore the HRM &Compliance practices of Azim Group.
 To identify some problems of HRM & Compliance practices
of Azim Group.
 To suggest recommendations to overcome problems.

operations.
 Organization should give equal priority in case of employment opportunities.
Human resources & Compliance activities constitute the most important
component of the organization. The accomplishment of organizational mission
& objectives depends on a large extent on having right person in a right
position as well as the commitment & contribution of those involved. The HR
& compliance department of Azim Group(Woven Division) are performing
their job efficiently. In fact, all the departments are most important equally to
increase the productivity by low cost and maintain well reputation. The
company is maintaining a high quality work environment in accordance with
the labor law of Bangladesh. The workers are satisfied and there is no
industrial dispute or labor unrest. So, proper exercise of HRM & Compliance
practices can lead the organization towards the pick of achievement.
