services that include peer-to-peer ridesharing, ride service hailing and food
deliveries.

startup with a valuation of over US$10 billion).

• In 2016, Grab opened a major development center and office in Seattle to serve as
a tech hub to attract talent in the United States.

“everyday app”.

• In March 2018 Grab acquired Uber’s operations in Southeast Asia and Uber now
holds a 28% stake in Grab.
