In the morning
my breakfast is
tea, toasted
bread with
mermelade or
scrambled
eggs.

Then I eat fruits


for a healthy
snack, because
fruits gives me a
lots of energy
for the rest of
the day.

Then my lunch,
usually I eat white
meats or fish, and is
very important
because the omega 3
have good effects in
our metabolism, and I
add vegetables for the
fiber, usually I fry my
vegetables and after
that I always drink my
green tea.

In tea time I
like to drink
mate and
toasted jam
sandwish with
melted
cheese.

FOR DINNER

For dinner usually as


something light because
eating too much don't let
me sleep well, so I eat
salads and green tea.
Green tea makes me
feel well, and let me feel
relax, so for the night is
very recommended.
