ABOUT:-
 At present, most of the doctors during their practice write brand drugs, which are
available in only in specific medical stores and these medicines can’t be purchased
from any other place because they are not sold uniformly across all places.
 When a patient suffering from chronic condition travels from one place to another
and forgets to carry his/her medicine, it becomes difficult to get same medicine in
other place.
 The lack of information about similar combination brand drug availability locally
affects the adherence to the treatment for these patients.
 Technology can help to address this issue partially by helping to identify a similar
brand medicine combinations sold in various geographies- meaning one brand
medicine sold in a district/state and its equivalent brand medicine in other
district/states. In case the similar combination brand drug is not available in desired
district- it should also help to identify the nearby places from where this medicine
can be purchased by the patient.
 In addition to help identify supplied medicine is not a counterfeit.
 There can be two approach for this problem, one can be a distributed approach
and other can centralized approach.
 In distributed approach there will be a serious issue that the different
distributor can give different information about the same product and also
spelling mistake can occur.
 In centralized approach there will be admin team that will be responsible
for careful data entry.
 Centralized data approach will be more preferable because the data in
this field is very vital and wrong can lead to certain misfortune.
 EXAMPLE:-
OBJECTIVES:-

 The user will be prevented from the headache of carrying medicine

wherever they go with the fear for not getting the medicine in the
destination city.
 If we have an application that can help us to find the medicine with
required composition and salts then it will be a lot helpful if it comes to
finding medicine.
 Your doctor has prescribed a drug but that particular brand is not available
in the medical store. The application, in this case, may look at the chemical
composition of the drug and then suggest alternative medicines that have
the same salts as the one mentioned in your prescription.

MEDISIM APPLICATION
SCOPE:-
 A transparent system of identifying brand drugs and details of their
sales in geographies (state/districts). Along with the mapping of
similar combination brand drugs with each other which can be
used to query presence of a brand medicine in a jurisdiction in case
other one is not available.
 Here are few advantages of the application:-
 Increase Work Speed: Due to automation of some part of system work speed
would increase.
 Less Paperwork: For the proposed system less paperwork is required.
 No fake medicines: User will get exact similar medicine.

ARCHITECTURE & SDLC MODEL:-
The lifecycle of mobile development is largely no different than the SDLC for
web or desktop applications. As with those, there are usually 5 major portions
of the process:
 Inception – All apps start with an idea. That idea is usually refined into a
solid basis for an application.
 Design – The design phase consists of defining the app’s User Experience
(UX) such as what the general layout is, how it works, etc., as well as turning
that UX into a proper User Interface (UI) design, usually with the help of a
graphic designer.
 Development – Usually the most resource intensive phase, this is the actual
building of the application.
 Stabilization – When development is far enough along, QA usually begins to
test the application and bugs are fixed. Often times an application will go
into a limited beta phase in which a wider user audience is given a chance
to use it and provide feedback and inform changes.
 Deployment – When the app is ready to use and distributed to the
customers.

FUTURE WORK & CONCLUSION:-
 The future work on app will be to enhance the feature the user could be
benefited effectively as well as connecting all distributor and user on same
place. User could directly interact to distributor.
 Furthermore if this project is implemented, then it going to increase the calliper
of the organization.
 There should be a proper option available for finding similar medicine or
alternatives of medicine so that all the activities procedure can be carried out
effectively without losing its transparency. This mobile application will manage
to available all possible information regarding particular medicine that will
save time, paper and manpower.
