ORGANIZATIONAL
EVOLUTION
Organizational structure is designed to facilitate the
implementation of the strategic objectives of the company.
The structure that a company chooses will also determine
how people behave in the workplace. A well designed
organizational structure can act as the framework upon
which economic success is based, while an ill-conceived one
can impede or constrain corporate strategy.
