the business of helping our customers to relieve their daily stresses by

Fun Tea Cafe sells high-quality specialty coffee beverages, tea, juice,
water, soft drinks, pastries, chocolates and gift items. Despite being an
upscale coffee shop, our prices are in line with the leading national
chains. Fun Tea Shop will offer its customers the best tasting coffee
beverages in the area. This will be achieved by using high-quality
ingredients and strictly following preparations guidelines.

Fun Tea Cafe launches with its first coffee shop located near in San
Isidro Senior High School will offer residents and visitors a totally new
style of coffee shop – one offering a uniquely flavorful coffee drink and
a comfortable, upscale environment at which to socialize, relax or work.
Fun Tea Cafe is located in a commercial area within a walking distance
from the San Isidro Senior High School.
Market Segmentation

Fun Tea Cafe will focus it’s marketing activities


on reaching the San Isidro Senior High School
students and faculty, people working located
close to the coffee shop.
Sales Strategy

In order to build up its customers, Fun Tea will use banners


and fliers, utilize customers referrals and promotions with
other businesses in the community. At the same time, customer
retention programs will be used to make sure the customers
are coming back and spending more at the Fun Tea Cafe.
Pricing Strategy
The food price will be in the moderate range and comparable to other coffee houses in
the area. The cost will be determined by not only what the going rate in the area is but
also by the percentage of actual cost of the food. The price will not only be competitive,
but the food will be tasty, well presented, and large portions will be served in a relaxing
atmosphere where the customer will be comfortable. The image projected by the pricing
will be that the customer will be getting a fair value for their money; that they do not
need to be rich to eat at Fun Tea and anyone can afford to come in. They will be able to
use the books and games and also we offer a free wifi in our shop.
