Habits are formed over time, usually without our conscious intent allowing
them to become ingrained.

• Bad Friendship Habits
Some friends have bad effect on your life. For example you have a friend who
is lying and he/she can not say the truth things in your face. Another friend
smokes cigarettes and he convince you to share him. Some Friend are
wasting your time by do bad things like play games or go to clubs during the
study or exams days.
KINDS OF BAD HABITS

• Drug addiction
Among young people the use of the so-called "soft" drugs is becoming
increasingly popular. In fact, taking drugs is the worst habit of all. A lot of
people try drugs out of curiosity.
The results of this addiction will not keep you waiting. The life of drug users
may turn into a nightmare.
- CHANGING BAD HABITS- A PLAN FOR SUCCESS

1. Identity the habit you want to diminish.

2. Identify the habit you want to replace it with such as go to gym.

3. Set a reasonable goal and timeline that you can work with.

4. Do not try to eliminate more than one bad habit at a time.
