    • Sit down
    • Lie down on your face
    • Lie on your stomach / tummy
    • Lower your pants down
    • Extend your left / right hand
    • Roll up your sleeve
    Giving Caution

    • Please don’t move while I’m doing the injection.


    • Don’t be stiff. Please flex your buttock.
    • Please relax and breathe normally.
    • You may feel a little pain
    • You may feel a bit hurt
    • You’ll feel a jab
    • You’ll feel a bit uncomfortable
