that is readable and technically acceptable.

 This is the window into the report. It includes
the title of the report, the date of publication,
and the name of the author.
 It should summarize all the main points
discussed in the report.

 It is the most polished part of the document,


as it will almost certainly be the part that is
most read.
 This part discusses who has been included in
the survey and why, and how many people
were surveyed.
 This is the main body of the report,
containing details of the survey results
 Before the you will report/ discuss the
findings you gathered from your
respondents/ participants, you need to see to
it that you were able to re-check if all the
information included in your report were
correct and data were verified.

 Note: Each group needs to assign a member


who will be in charge of discussing the
findings of your survey.
 What is the title of your report?
 What motivated you to conduct that particular
survey report?
 Who are your target respondents?
 How many are your respondents?
 What are the major findings of your survey?

 You can also include the methods on how you gather your
data.

 Enrichment: Do a survey of your own class on
the use of social media. Consider the
following questions: kind of social media

social media interaction on family, etc.
