STRUCTURAL OVERVIEW

It is made from reinforced concrete.


32 stories high with 6.3 m cantilevered
terrace garden.
Central core of 7.8x6.9 m house the lifts
and service areas.
This central core also acts as a main
structural element in resisting lateral loads.
Central core was const. ahead of the main
structure using SLIP method of construction.
Sevices contains
• staircase well
• elevator shaft,
• electrical shaft
• and fire fighting shaft.

Shafts: Fire fighting shaft and elevator


shaft come in the central core that is
constructed using tube system.
The emergency exit staircase runs
around the vertical core. The shaft
separates the housing from the semi
public areas.
The services all come in the central and
the sewage runs below the verandahs
that now cause seepage issues
